The project manager should develop a training plan for all of the stakeholders to learn about the updates after the documents are completed. This way, the project manager can ensure that the new project management procedures and templates are understood and applied correctly by the project teams and other relevant parties.
The project manager can also use the training plan to communicate the benefits and rationale of the updates, as well as to address any questions or concerns that the stakeholders may have.
