As dumb as it sounds, the question (dumb for trying hard to be tricky in my opinion), is describing a group of Japanese Sales Managers needing help from ONE Autralian Sales Manager.
Answer B could be better answer, if a group of Users need to share records to another group of Users, hence, the answer here is C.
