A. Encourage the team to ask the most important and difficult questions at the beginning of the interview because the interviewees are most concentrated at this point in time

B. Do not step in since structuring the questions of an interview guide would break the Design Thinking rules.

C. Give them an interview guide that you prepared before the workshop

D. Explain that a good interview guide should be structured in a way where easy questions that make the interviewee feel comfortable come first.
