Answer should 'B' as stated above. Solutions should not be in user story.
I think the answer should be B. Adjust the goal of the user story to be independent. Because I don't think the potential Salesforce solutions should be stated in the User Story. Also, the drafted User Story lacks the 'Why' ('So That') element, which represents the user's goal/objective.
