while C and D would not fulfill the requirements as they use SOAP API, which is not a REST API, and they may require additional development resources to implement. The Salesforce team has limited development resources and requires a low-code solution, so using SOAP API and requiring additional development resources would not meet their requirements.

Ans should be A and B. The integration must be near real time, so Streaming API is more suitable for this case scenario.
