No bulk api also has Query , you can query salesforce data using the bulk api

D is incorrect because by Bulk API data is pulled, but requirement is data to be pushed.

D is not true. Bulk API using for loading or deleting large sets of data in Salesforce, it mean call in, not call out as requirement.

this can be also achieved thru BULK API.
Option A, using a third-party integration tool, might be necessary if the company requires additional functionality beyond what is available in the bulk API, such as data transformation or mapping. However, using a third-party tool will also increase complexity and cost.
