C is running a end-to-end test to check if the code does not have any new bugs. B brings this sense you are just test the additional unit tests and not an end-too-end test

B looks like correct answer because the question asks about additional methods to prevent an outage.
If they have already 100% coverage than they are smart enough to run those test on new platform as C describes.

I think C, because there's already 100% of tests, so we can move it to the cloud to ensure that there's no new bugs.
