This depends on the outcome of the show command config.
You can check this with show license usage and show fcoe. Depending on the outcome of the output you can see if the FCoE license is installed and enabled. Even though FCoE feature is licensed part of the ENTERPRISE_PKG, This license still needs to be installed.
