Option A: Data Import Wizard does not support Opportunities.

Why Other Options Are Incorrect:
Option B: Data Loader does not automatically relate Opportunities to Accounts. You need to provide the AccountId when importing Opportunities.
Option C: Data Loader is a client application that you install and run on your local machine, not from a browser.
Option D: Data Import Wizard can import up to 50,000 records, so importing 500 records is within its capabilities.
