The expert configuration allows you to create new processes in customer-owned areas and adapt fields within SAP Best Practices content. These activities are done through the Implementation Guide (IMG) or the Custom Fields and Logic app. You cannot customize through IMG outside self-service configuration UI tools, as this would violate the cloud principles and best practices. You cannot delete SAP Best Practices content before quality system activation, as this would cause inconsistencies and errors in your solution.
