For me it's C.
We can only create lookups on master-detail relationships.

"A" doesn't seem ok because if the marketing team can access an account is because the account is, at least, readable. However, due to implicit sharing, the marketing team will also have access to its child, which is not supposed to.

B and D are talking about simple lookups. We can't create rollups based on simple lookups

Access to Master will provide access to detail
Controlled by Parent will provide access through implicit sharing
Public is not the OWD preferred option

yup, D is correct. When Shipment is detail in master-detail relation with Account, OWD for Shipment obj has been automatically set to Controlled by parent, and its impossible to change it.
