well ..we are removing the read permission on the drivers profile, so even if the record is assigned to the driver they will not be able to see it...so answer is A

but feedback should not be visible to the driver, if driver will be set as the owner, then he will be able to see this record. Ownership must be changed. So only C answer will fit

managers have Read access to the Feedback object. Due to this all managers will be able to see Feedback records. Answer is A

Should be C.
One cannot own a record if they can't read it
Also, if the driver is the owner, the old managers won't be able to access the feedback record if the driver changes to a new manager
