Considering requirement n5: Expose custom business logic to 5 external applications in a highly secure manner.
This can be done with REST however SOAP can be more secure (WS-Security)
B is correct because REST supports both JSON and XML, since business logic needs to be exposed to 5 external apps.
Answer is D. Apex soap api is highly secure then rest.
I think answer is D. If we consider highly secure i.e Apex soap api.
