The Admin planned to use a roll-up summary field on the Quote object to average the Quote Line Approval Score field. The Admin received an error when attempting to create the field. The Quote object has too many roll-up summary fields. In addition to creating a custom number field on the Quote object to capture the average Approval Score, which action Should the Admin take to resolve the issue?

Can a Product Rule populate a Quote Line field with a value ? I thought populating a field with a value had to be done using a Price Rule, hence would go with Option B.

Summary variables perform a math function on the collected values of a number field on the quote line, product option, subscription, or asset. You can also create filters so that the summary variable evaluates only fields on records that match the filter values. After your calculations are done, you can reference the summary variable in your quotes, quote line fields, and product rules. https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=sf.cpq_summary_variable_fields_new.htm&type=5
The correct answer is C:
C. Create a Summary Variable and Product Rule to populate the number field with the average Approval Score.
