Hello Sayali, more than 2 years too late but here is your answer:
The SBQQ__Discount__c field displays the discount in % --> We are adding a discount of 50% so the value of this field should become 50. On the other hand: the field of SBQQ__AdditionalDiscountAmount__c displays the discount in $$ --> This field has to be empty because you cannot have discounts expressed in both % and $$ at the same time.
