A. Once created, a credit memo request is visible in the Transaction History of the service order to which it applies.

B. An approval flow for the approval of service contract items for the creation of credit memo requests can be created.

C. A credit memo request can be created using the Manage Credit Memo Requests app or the Create Sales Orders (VA01) app.

D. A new item category called Credit Memo Request Item becomes available for service contract items.
