Strictly speaking the traffic log will show *both* ssl and web-browsing, both on port 443. The difference being the actual content of interest will be the packets / log entries with web-browsing. The packets with app type ssl are just that, the SSL portion of the traffic. So it's sort of a trick question but it seems like the answer they're "looking for" is D.
The answer should be C, web-browsing and 80. This will be seen on the inbound interface then the packet is inspected and then on the outbound interface packet is re-encrypted and you will see SSL/443
