The answer is C. Application default will use the app-id predefined ports which only allows 80. You guys are looking at the pre defined service-http that uses 80 and 8080 however none of the answers states service-http only https. So yes this is trying to trick you and the actual answer is C. Please realize there's a difference between application default(Uses Appid predefined ports), any and defined service ports.
