Explanation
The Guide Activation settings in the OGL Console allow you to specify the conditions under which a guide will be displayed to the user. One of the conditions is the User Role, which lets you restrict the guide to be shown only to users who have a certain role assigned to them in the Cloud Application. For example, you can create a guide that is only visible to users who have the role of Sales Manager. Custom Roles and User Management are not settings in the OGL Console, but features of the Cloud Application that define the access and permissions of different users.
