Navigate to the Networking menu in the OCI Console.
Select "IP Management" and then "Public IP Pools".
Click "Create Public IP Pool" and provide a name and CIDR block size.
Allocate the desired number of public IP addresses from the pool.
Select the allocated IPs and set them to "Reserved".
This reserves the chosen IPs within the pool, preventing their automatic assignment and ensuring they,re available for future use when needed.
