You could almost make a case for all of them, but my first thought was "A" too, and "B" was kind of lame unless it came with a very long back story. But it really depends on what your needs are... this is a really poorly phrased question.

"B" doesn't make a lot of sense because the user already had a desktop. I would lean toward "A" because you can publish those applications to the physical desktop or maybe "B" because you could enable remote access to those physical desktops using HDX. "C" makes no sense in this context and "B" is the least correct.
