I think the answer not correct
if we use tableau desktop, we can do create new column (calculated Field) as Full Name in the page data source, but when we do union the Full Name data from USA Div will not append in the new calculated field due to the new calculated field "Full Name" in Germany Div Data identified as Calculation_XXXXXXX (XXX number).
you need to use tableau prep, and ensure the new column calculated Field have name exact same with FullName in USA Div data.
the Answer :
1 - Open Tableau Prep
2 - Create a new column to Concatenate the name for the Germany division.
3 - Union the sales data of both divisions.
4 - Join the sales data and the population data by using City as the join field.
