Explanation
A KV store collection can be associated with a namespace for users in the admin, power, and splunk-system-user roles. These roles have the capability to create and manage KV store collections. The nobody user cannot access any KV store collection, and the users in the admin and power roles alone cannot access the collections in the splunk-system-user namespace.
