This one is confusing. Technically Scrum and Kanban are 2 different agile methodologies.
For Scrum: Tickets (Work), Backlog (Product backlog and ability to prioritize it), and Spring (ability to manage Sprint backlog) are key. In this case, the correct answer is A,B,D.
Kanban is a different methodology, therefore C would be wrong. Salesforce claims that they use Srumban (mashing both together) and therefore adding confusion here.
