A. In the Responsibilities for Rule FCLM_SYSCOLL Key User window, select the Key User 1010 line and, from the icon bar at the top, choose Insert agent assignment.

B. In the Responsibility window, click the Rule field, and enter 74300008.

C. In SAP Fiori, navigate to the Current Settings group and select the Define Responsibilities tile.

D. Repeat the steps for the second Bank Accountant 1010 line and assign the same User ID to this responsibility.
