Fit-to-Standard Analysis conducted during Fit to Standard workshop in Explore phase in order to achieve the milestone of 'Finalized scope and backlog with delta requirements much ahead and before embarking on Realize phase.
In other words; The main purpose of this phase is to perform a fit-to-standard analysis to validate the solution functionality included in the project scope and to confirm that the business requirements can be satisfied. Identified gaps and configuration values are added to the backlog for use during the realize phase.
