Networks flow from left to right.
A task cannot begin until all immediate predecessors have been completed.
Arrows on networks indicate precedence and flow and arrows can cross over each other.
Each task has a unique identification (ID) number.
A task identification number must be larger than any tasks that precede it (topological order).
Looping is not allowed.
Conditional statements are not allowed.
When multiple tasks commence the project, create a common "Project Start" task or a common "Project End" task to indicate a clear ination.
