* The core Enterprise Manager Cloud Control features for managing and monitoring Oracle technologies,
such as Oracle Database, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Oracle Fusion Applications, are now provided
through components known as plug-ins that can be downloaded and deployed using the new Self Update
feature.
* My Oracle Support
Enables you to log in to My Oracle Support from within the Cloud Control console, search the knowledge
library for notes and documents, raise service requests, and create patch plans and templates for patching
monitored targets.
