How to add multiple users with bulk import in Office 365
Only the user name and display name are required entries.
The bulk import feature of Office 365 allows you to import multiple users' information into Office 365 from a single file source. The file must be a comma-separated values (CSV)file and adhere to the required format.
It will then automatically do the rest of the thing for you. Only the user name and display name are required entries in the CSV file.
The import file must contain the following columns:
User Name,First Name,Last Name,Display Name,Job Title,Department,Office Number,Office Phone,Mobile Phone,Fax,Address,City,State or Province,ZIP or Postal Code,Country or Region However, only the user name and display name columns need to be populated.
