you dont need to have PV , as they are using dynamic provisioning, with storage class which will create the pv automaticaly
Solution is correct. PVC will create PV automatically.
To resize the pvc with patch.
kubectl patch pvc pv-volume -p '{"spec": {"resources":{"requests":{"storage": "70Mi"}}}}' --record
