Dockerd is the Docker daemon that acts as the primary user interface for Docker. Docker cl is not a valid name for any Docker component. Cri-o is another container runtime that implements the Kubernetes Container Runtime Interface (CRI) to enable using OCI (Open Container Initiative) compatible runtimes.
