The user installed the host monitoring agent on the elastic cloud server created by using the private image Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter 64bit, but in the management console, the plug-in status of the cloud service is still displayed as "not installed". The log shows that there is a large difference between the signature time and the server time. This problem can be solved by changing the NTP Server of the ECS to the address of the Huawei Cloud NTP server.
