I think E is not correct because detailed recording on production can have e performance impact on your production environment.
Bigtable itself will have no performance problems, but still you can make bad architecture of your tables that will make bigtable perform bad. https://cloud.google.com/bigtable/docs/performance
As weird as A seems, I agree according to the method of prospecting. Basic rule, don't trash your prod so not B. BigTable can handle all of this, we are at GCP, so not C. As we want to test the scalability of our cloud services, D is not valid. That really leaves us with A, E, and F.
