A systemis designed to service back office users to approve an applicant's vacation request. The system is currently designed to send emails to all approvers once the application is submitted. Once reviewed, the application's approval is reviewed between all approvers via email. The solution has the following criteria:
- The approval users art internal users
- There are two levels of approval in the process: intake and management
- The approval is sent to the management team to review and approve each request
-Up to 20 requests are submitted daily
