Color rendition refers to how accurately a light source displays colors in comparison to natural daylight. In security lighting, especially for surveillance and CCTV, high color rendition allows operators to better distinguish colors, which can be critical for identification purposes (e.g., clothing or vehicle color).
B (Color temperature) relates to the warmth or coolness of light, not how colors appear.
C and D describe related but less precise aspects of lighting performance.
