To address the issues of incomplete, incorrect, and duplicate data entries in Salesforce, the data architect should recommend a comprehensive approach that includes both preventative measures and ongoing monitoring. The most appropriate steps would be:

B. Explore third-party data providers to enrich and augment information entered in Salesforce.

C. Leverage Salesforce features, such as validation rules, to avoid incomplete and incorrect records.

Implementing validation rules, required fields, and workflow rules within Salesforce can help prevent users from entering incomplete or incorrect data. This ensures that the data captured meets the required standards and formats.
E. Design and implement data-quality dashboards to monitor and act on records that are incomplete or incorrect:

A.- Has no sense. Data marts dashboards does almost nothing to help solving the problem. Build a data warehouse for this purpose is overwhelming.
E.- Once the reports gives you insights about incorrections, you can act on them to address the problem.
