An administrator assigns a new employee the Canvas Designer Admin permission in RBP. The new employee does NOT see the permissions take effect in Report Center after logging off and back on. The instance uses RBP permissions in SAP SuccessFactors for managing the Workforce Analytics permissions (Integrated Permissions).
