According to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition Asset Management Learning Journey1, the tiles available in the Report and Repair for Maintenance Technicians app are Repair Malfunction and Manage Malfunction Report. The Repair Malfunction tile allows you to create and process malfunction reports for assets or equipment. The Manage Malfunction Report tile allows you to view and edit malfunction reports that you have created or assigned to you.
